How does Guardian work?

Guardian® is based on a proven methodology.
Typical phases of the process include:

Analyse

Ansell/customer team discuss business objectives & understand safety requirements.

Benchmark

Understand needs and establish current performance baseline to later quantify process improvements.

Improve

Development of an implementation plan for business improvement. Pilot tests, program monitoring and reporting are used to close the gap between the existing and desired level of performance.

Measure

Quantify the success of the program against baseline measurements and establish new performance benchmarks for the future. Through staff training and follow up, procedures are established that ensure improvements are ongoing.

Commitment

Once the recommendations are given and implemented, our support doesn’t end. We continue to monitor the success and performance of our recommendations. We also provide a portal to allow you, the customer, to instantly measure the impact of changes in your plant. Our commitment is ongoing, and we are available whenever you need us.
